Cool new Dakota! So cute! So tiny!

That is the new Ram pickup...

Which we won't get, because the F-150 doesn't allow us to have other nice things.

They do. A 1.4L I-4 with 94hp and 94 lb-ft of torque, but I'm expecting either a Tigershark I-4 or a MultiJet with more power to be offered in the US, just as the 3.6 Pentastar in the full size Promaster is exclusive to said version, and not in the other models.

No word on if a diesel will be offered.

Flying Ryanair from Sweden to Australia must be an utterly terrible experience.

Call me a fan boy (I won't deny it). Here are some of my faves, just pick one.

I don't like them either... but when the price is 10 times lower, I'm glad that I can suffer Ryanair for 3 hours and have 400€ more in my bank account.

How in the world everybody forgot the mother off all rs avant family?

They didn't drop it because it was bad, they didn't replace it because there was no market demand for similar cars. The Ford Scorpio, Renault Safrane and Citroën XM were dropped around the same time without replacement, Peugeot did replace the 605 but wasn't very successful. Large cheap sedans don't sell in Europe.

Funny enough, the Holden Commodores of the time were engineered based on this car, and spawned the new Monaro which then became rebadged as the Pontiac GTO, the next model Commodore became the Pontiac G8, and the current model Commodore became the Chevrolet SS.

I actually own an Omega.

I don't get it either. They were cheap barges, exactly what Americans used to like. RWD even. I do seem to remember reading somewhere that they Americanized these things quite a lot. You know, lots of extra weight, softer suspension and no manual. And they tried to sell it as a luxury car, those comedians.

I will never tire of defending the Omega.
What did you 'Mericans do to these bloody things to send them all to early graves?
Great comment about what difference a Chevy badge rather than a Caddy badge would have made.

As an Opel, the Omega was fine. As a Cadillac, not so much.

I'll give you the Opel Kadett GSI in place of every Opel, that was brought across the Atlantic by GM and failed on the american market.

5.) Chevrolet Chevette

I watched "The Witches" last night, for the first time since I was, oh, I wanna say seven? Still creepy and awesome, by the way. But back then I didn't notice the Norwegian police car was a 240:
