This is quite possibly the most Japanese thing I've ever read.

This is really awesome. As a fan of animation, it’s nice to see Disney doing stuff just for the art of it. Even though their corporate side is dominant, I feel like there’s always been a great “fostering of the arts" attitude there.

Man, this is also the guy who faked an injury just to be cool to another player? Goddamn. What a great guy.

This is me exactly. The prequels lowered the bar *so* much that I quite enjoy the new movies simply because they reasonably deliver fun star wars action without terrible CGI and bad dialogue. And I’m EXACTLY the type of fan that you would expect to be up in arms. I’ve read most of the old EU, I read all of the new

I mean, they agree definitely blind after viewing that recording.

God, I’m sick of going over this. The *actual creator* came out and told us all that it’s pronounced GIF. It’s over now, Jesus.

I so strongly want to agree, and I *do* hope that happens, but a lifetime of experience as a Blazer fan tells me to expect very little.

Oh shit, you win

Never a bad time for this gif.

I dunno man, I guess I’m getting that idea from the four games they played against each other this year. They put Klay on CJ, not Dame. Iggy is great, but too slow on the perimeter for Lillard. Honestly, the best thing that GSW did was to trap him high rather than play him one on one. Lillard is a weird beast - he

I agree entirely with you, especially the last part. Durant is the real difference maker here. The fucker simply cannot be stopped. But when he’s not on the court, there is a very small chance of success for these other teams.

Hey, a man has to dream! It's the shakiest the Warriors have looked in a long time, and dammit just let me have this.

I don’t know if this is entirely fair, but it’s almost certainly correct. How would the Warriors stop Jokic? With Draymond? As resurgent as he has been, I don’t think so. For the Blazers, I don’t think the Warriors have any glue guy as good as Gary Harris has been on Lillard, so that match-up would turn in to a

You are incredibly correct. The biggest unifying theme of Trump Voters that I’ve met is that they all hold the opinion that “things were just fine.” Any white baby boomer grew up in a world of unprecedented wealth - the average family having the equivalent of a Mercedes instead of a Kia - and they can’t view that

I love watching the dude play (he’s a fucking dynamo that only goes at max speed), but it just doesn’t translate to wins.

Counterpoint: that's the same city that put up with decades of Blazer incompetence and famous fuckups. Therefore, they *do* finally deserve a team this cool. Plus, the city has as much of an underdog complex as Lillard does, so I think it's a perfect fit.

Technically, George *is* right, but he's glossing over some other facts. The score was tied, and both of the Thunder's stars had 5 fouls (as well as another starter). Dame was red hot and they were at home. The Blazers were playing with house money - why wouldn't you let Dame shoot?

This is exactly how I feel about him. He's gotta do what he's gotta do to play well, but it gets so old, and he seems so bitter when he doesn't win. Dame, on the other hand, seems super cool and down to earth.

I agree. Being from Oregon, I always thought that was just the norm for sports teams. But, apparently, the years of only having one major sports team plus the very early championship for them really rooted the Blazers in the DNA of Oregonians. I know that their sellout streak was propped up during the Jail-Blazers

This is entirely fair. We, uh, don’t get many stars out in Portland. So it’s nice to finally get validation for Lillard - though many of the other fans will tell you that he’s always been this good it’s just small-market, East Coast boast, blah blah blah.
