So, I guess the Blazers had the right formula: let George have his outside shots. Even though he's phenomenal, it's still a lower percentage shot. But for the love of God, DON'T LET HIBBERT HAVE IT. Made for an exciting game too. But the Blazers also aren't as small as the Heat under the basket, so they have the

I dunno. I liked the 48fps with 3D. It removed so much of the blur that films use to hide the difference between CG and reality. Granted, it made the effects more obvious, but it made the actual actors more lifelike. Because seriously, outside of Avatar, every damn CG heavy movie looks like there is Vaseline on the

Well, to be honest, you aren't the only one who didn't like the first two LOTR movies. I remember people LOVING the vibe, but always with the caveat that the story and pacing were so-so. RoTK is universally liked, but the other two had plenty of criticism when first released. I believe we have a pretty heavy nostalgia

Second. I have come to love my Aeropress over the last two years, at the suggestion of Lifehacker, I might add. It's the perfect mix of quality, ease, and price. Pair with a burr grinder, and it's damn near perfection.

Actually, true story: my little brother got a freakin' pony for Christmas. He was like 7, and the pony was old and my parents basically took it in, but still. He got a freakin' pony! For Christmas!

You just knew there were going to be a bunch of comments about the Dolphins, and you sir win. +1

Is it just me, or did Oregon get Mark Helfrich at a steal? He's like 8th in the Pac-12. So, they basically got to keep Chip Kelly's system with like a quarter of the pay. Good for them.

A lot of this seems to boil down to: "guys! There are fans who go to games that don't appreciate us!" No shit. Welcome to literally every sport ever. Students get "free" tickets, so there will be a lot of them there that are going for the social event, and not really good fans. It's a party for them. I do think they

I remember the Jordan days, and people absolutely remember them with rosy glasses. He wasn't nearly as well loved as he was respected. Mostly though, you had some people resist him because he was one of those figures whose story was forced on you, and some people naturally dislike that. Kind of like how Lance

This whole article is glorious. And absolutely on the "Sex Plans" bit. I've been married for 5 years, and that's how it goes now. Spontaneity is great every now and then, but c'mon, I've got shit to do.

Probably the 3 straight days, in shifts, playing Metal Gear Solid. Those were the days. We literally had like 5 people. One playing, the others just watching for the story. But if we are talking straight play, I'd say somewhere around 16 hours is a good guess. Probably on Civ V, or Borderlands 2, or any number of

The exact same thing could be said FSU. Every damn year it's "their back!" and every year is the same story: they drop a stupid game late in the season. Not that they aren't a legitimately good team, both of them are, but you don't get to claim one superiority over the other. They are the same.

I dunno about the Indians one. The only thing more offensive to put on your logo than the obvious racist caricature is the word "Cleveland". They would rather be racist than advertise where they are from.

I have been wondering the exact same thing. For that matter, why keep the SUV? Abandon it in the worst part of town and buy her a new one. It's not like he didn't have the money.

Super Mario Bros. 3. Holds up the best amongst all of them, and still has that "putting on a show" charm. It's either that or Super Mario World, which is still awesome.

Came for the comments and I wasn't disappointed. Great work everybody!

So, is it just me or would Lohan be good in a Sunset Boulevard-esque portrait of a decaying former star slowly losing her mind on the downward spiral toward irrelevance?

On the plus side, they are great on the Fantasy side. But good lord there is not a more frustrating team in the NFL. The Falcons are responsible for more utterings of "don't worry, they'll fuck this up" than any senate session or decision by people in Florida. You just know they are going to botch it.

Jesus Christ, this team PAYS! I need to get me a job there. From what it sounds like, this is where every player who wants to get paid without actually, you know, trying would play.

Well, since Oregon donated the land and Nike built the building and then re-donated it back (awesome loophole, that), it's not the cost of the building raising tuition. However, the higher cost of facilities management probably has something to do with it. Also, the professors get paid shit at Oregon, so lets hope the
