Tera is an MMO. The only limitations they put on ftp players is a limit in the number of bank slots you can have (you can purchase the rest for less than $10), and a limit on the number of items you can list on the trade broker/auction house. Ftp gets 10, sub players (Elite status, innit) get 30.

There are some ftp titkes that are excellent. Tera and Path of Exile are both ftp and they both do microtransactions right.
