I understand why you could feel this way without knowing the circumstances of our adoption, and I do agree that parents must respect the decisions of their adopted children.

+1

This is a post I can get behind.

As I write this, I am currently sitting in the hospital with my wife, our new baby who is all of one day old and the couple that is adopting and raising our baby. It makes me sad to see that folks feel that connecting with their birth parents is treasonous or disrespectful. I hope that our girl doesn't grow up

Sort of a Minecraft + Castlevania, seasoned with just a pinch of fanboy asspain.

Kinja, baby

My store was cool as shit. We threw out the ad DVD and played whatever we felt like. Family Guy, Mitch Hedberg, whatever. We put a couch in the store for our regulars, and treated them like gold.

Just magnificent.

Again, I aim to please.

BLARGH HATE COMMENT IN RESPONSE

I do aim to please.

Wasn't taking anything away from them, just telling Adrian that I thought he could've done better. But maybe you're right an the two that wrote this need a little more adulation.

Adrian writes a lot of long-form Internet investigative journalism-esque pieces for Gawker. I really like the way he writes and I was wishing that he wrote this article.

As I was reading this, I was wishing that you wrote it. Please repackage this for Gawker, and i can die happy.

Good man.

He was quite a man.

Because I find myself unafflicted with Straight Male Syndrome. And that makes me happy.

This post makes me so happy to be a bi dude.

This is what I made for Christmas dinner. This is a picture of it, post-browning, pre-simmer. It was incredible. I have been sleepy ever since dinner was declared "over." Thanks.
