Fair enough, but often times municipal facilities don’t have the funds (nor the political clout) to do things like that. It’s even harder to do so when your ridership declines.
The smell is just a bonus.

I think it makes some sense. Attorneys are what they are, and general just describes what sort of attorney they are. Therefore, attorneys would be plural. It sounds weird, but it’s comparable to phrases like “places unknown.”
