Late last year in Japan, Sony held a pretty neat contest—people who bought a PS3, a PS4, a Vita, or a Vita TV between December 4 and January 15 could get a calendar with a special code that gave them a chance to snag one of those limited-edition 20th-anniversary PS4s, the ones that have been driving Sony fans wild for…

Ugh. Street racing is stupid. Speeding on surface streets that have pedestrians or direct access is also generally not advisable. Save the speed for the track (or at least the highway). Definitely save the racing for the track. :/

And that's just part of a larger trend towards globalization in this country's car dealerships. We have more worldwide cars on sale here, like the teeny Fiat 500 and Smart, and we have more worldwide engines, like Ford's 1.0 liter and diesels from expensive German makes. America's

At least there's nothing wrong with the drift light.

That's gonna be awesome (aside from the heat). Stopping by the Mazda Museum?

Not subways, but Hiroshima has Hiroden 651 and 652 still in service. These were built before WWII and survived the atomic bomb (though required restoration). Apparently, they were built in 1942.

Destiny: where even the patch notes come with bugs.

I've seen some horrible wheels and colors in my day, but this seems relatively unoffensive to me. I mean, remember stuff like this?

One of my biggest regrets from last year's LA Auto Show is that I didn't get to cruise around in the Toyota i-Road, because it looks like just an insane amount of fun. Now I'm wishing I live in Tokyo, because they're about to get the i-Road for a new car sharing project.

Just once. You can guess how it went.

Yeah, those Hitachi CPU engineers could never figure out what it was, and calls to Motorola only produced snickering on the other end of the line.

I see it. The sad thing is, I went to TamTam and didn't see it. Then again, I was a man on a mission in TamTam. What's truly sad is that now that I'm looking on Google Maps, there's a nice sign right by the front door. Oh well, there's always next time.

If you drive a front-wheel drive Mazda, you can disable the Brake Override system so you can left-foot brake, should you find the conditions require it. There's a procedure at the miata.net forums for it.

But I mean, if it's still snowing when you turn your warm car off, when it all refreezes, that melted snow/ice water will refreeze your wipers.

It's truly the best of the best generation of Celica. Boost up!

In all fairness, with regard to horsepower, it kind of stagnated for a while. I mean, that old 3800 and Ford Essex V6 could only do so much after all those years.

"...drivers from the company Swift are the butt of many jokes I probably wouldn't get."

I've done it from time to time. It did come in handy when the slave cylinder was going out on my first car. I was able to pump the clutch enough to get into first, then shifted that way to the shop. I try not to very much, though, as I understand the damage it can do to the synchros if I'm sloppy with it.

I doubt *every* update breaks games that significantly, though I could see major API transitions being an issue. Having said that, they could be like Gameloft and just say "get lost."

This headcrab is just a hat away from being Early Cuyler.
