Yes, a photo is what a person looked like for that 1/125th of a second. I think it’s actually somewhat difficult to demonstrate that someone had plastic surgery using random photos, and then of course there are editors how will pick and choose the pictures that illustrate their (biased) point. 

Just wear and enjoy the damn thing. I got my mink from my own dearly departed auntie.
