What gets me is DAs can prosecute even if a victim does not want to testify, but they seem to be really skittish about doing so. So the DA can have lots of evidence, without the victim’s testimony (which is also evidence, remember), they drop charges. Frustrating.

Well, I was always told I could do whatever I want because I’m smart. I now have a master’s degree and work as an administrative assistant (that’s fancy-speak for secretary) at a large university. Not that I’m complaining or anything (we’re union and quite well-paid with excellent benefits), just saying.

That’s so great to hear. Depression sucks-I went through it years ago, before the dawn of the internet and it was the most awful isolating thing. Like “i’m the only one,there’s nobody as weird, fubar, exhausted and guilty as me” type stuff, and it was hard to even figure out what was wrong.

Ebay for vintage Coach is usually really good. The vintage part is important though. I would never buy new Coach on ebay-too many fakes.
