I just took a quick 5 minute Google Maps tour and the area around this building and the city is BEAUTIFUL. 

3.7 million square feet. Quite impressive. And beautiful!

Well not including every car that will have negative depreciation, I'd go with a 3rd gen Subaru WRX STi, particularly the wagons.
