of course I do, but when I play games that have a achievements, I like to actually earn them as a I play. and so does my wife. so a game we play together should award achievements to both players or it becomes an irritation.
They matter because that's part of how my wife and I enjoy our games.
Then boo on them. I hate having to replay entire games for achievements/progression sake. Might have to pass on it.

you kidding? I LOVE multi-disc. lets my wife and I play games in tandem with only one copy. can't beat that.
