Rip Slyme is AWESOME.

They sound a bit like a Mexican group called Cafe Tacuba. Both are awesome imo.

One of my favorite foreign groups. I imported a lot of their stuff when they were active.

Servant x Service isn't bad so far, even though there is only 1 episode. Its interesting that its about the most mundane thing imaginable - civil service workers - AND its not way over the top like every other comedy. I guess its a more mature comedy.

''Older than my Mother.'' Finish the game (as I more or less did) with the main character looking (and statistically) old whilst the sister and mother looked like they were his child and grandchild. Or even an achievement for avoiding this.

20G - Imagine you are a bird. Good. Now what if you were a bird that just pecked out the eyes of a small child? These are the questions we must ask if videogames are to evolve.

Silver Spoon is the only thing listed I'm really hyped for. I'm trying to figure out if that says something about me or about the state of anime.

I already had shown interest on Silver Spoon and Servant X Service. Yamishibai looks promising. Of course, the new Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai is a no brainer.

The anime adaptation of Genshiken didn't really give me a good first impression compared to the manga. But I want to try it again and see the new one though.

Yeah, that always seemed weird to me that he never kept that same hat, or at least a similarly designed hat. If anything have him pull it out once in a while for an intense re-match or something. "You made me pull my old hat out, now it's serious. >:T "

I miss the Dreamcast. Those were some good times. Is it possible to play too much Power Stone?

PowerStone, Sonic Adventure, Silver, Jet Set Radio, Code: Veronica, Seamen, Slave Zero, Grandia 2, and Phantasy Star Online Ver. 2. My childhood was well spent.

Some people are just likeable, whether you knew them in real-life or not. I remember seeing adults crying when Mr. Rogers died. Hell, I cried when he died.

It's difficult to divorce your feelings from the situation after spending months/years listening, reading and watching Ryan Davis being candid about games and life in general. He may not have been a personal friend you knew in real life, but it still felt that way.

A Zynga by any other name is still a Zynga.

...while the colonial Africa map is an overly-complicated mess.

Always a fun time. Did a little write up over on the TAY blog.

I gotta give props to these people, I love me some pokemon but I just can't get that hard into it. I play the games and casually do the card game thing online but those people have some serious levels of commitment.

Yet devs are cool with making you buy a tablet for their games instead of making the features for the system that actually has it. That's a huuuuuge double standard there.
