If traction control cuts timing and fuel, then applies brakes if needed (that’s how it works), then how is it “consistent power delivery” to cut power and apply opposite friction also?

Sight nitpick, the actual 300c concept was a convertible based on a modified-to-RWD LH platform that became the LX platform. Adaptation was easy as LH was based on Reneault/eagle premier, and LH’s hardpoints could accommodate rear wheel drive with some evolution, which is what became the LX.
