The sad thing is that if they did another four-banger M car, it would probably be really great.

Things he's not too keen on include four-cylinder M engines and M cars built from on the new front-wheel drive UKL platform, but the latter would be possible "if we can make it sharp enough."

LOL "hipster headlines"

you're mom's in 8th grade.

Yes. We are in 8th grade again.

Ecoboost? I take it all back. Ford should be using their new sexy flat plane V8 with some kind of kenetic or electric power boost. Damn you Ford for putting a V6 in the GT, damn you to hell.

Volkswagen has repeatedly stated that it views the US market as a top priority. In fact, Volkswagen built a factory in the US and now produces in it a US-specific midsize sedan. Not to mention their repeated goals of selling 800,000 cars in the US by 2018, a measure that has been repeated ad nauseam to everyone on

Yes, that's Volkswagen in America. They are increasingly an afterthought here, which in a market that still accounts for 16 million sales per year, is a bit of a problem for such a global company.

As someone who truly enjoys VW for giving me a solid driving dynamic and interior/exterior build quality I just can't seem to find from any other brand in my price range, it is incredibly frustrating to see how self-destructive VW (VWofA?) as a company is. Many VW fans will agree.

Sorry, was DeMuro's joke not old and tired enough for you?

Don't forget you probably are actually polluting more if you take off with a cold car. Why? Because you vehicle is running in open-loop mode. Which means since your o2 sensors are not up to temp your car is running on a safe air/fuel mix that errs on the side of caution thus using more fuel. Idling in open loop

All.

pretty sure this one is better and has a better chance since it includes the facelift, unlike this one you posted.

No it had 3 cylinders with 2 valves each, and a fourth cylinder that had 14 valves.

Back dat ass up

No time to look at your graph. Just give me the gist of it.

and a graph for the TL;DR crowd
