Not paying $60 for a game that’s already out for a year. BS.

Do you own a safety deposit box together? If so I would suggest storing it in there and if you prefer digital format burn it to a CD or copy it to a flash drive.

I would have included time on the list. Because sometimes that's what you need the most.

Another vote for Audioengine A2. Nothing else comes close in its price point.

This is the difference between console vs PC gamers. Console gamers see software installs as a huge inconvenience and bitch about the wait times. PC gamers know it's par for the course and have been used to it for as long as they can remember.

As trivial as it is, I was really hoping for something different this time around. The single beep makes it feel cheap. They should have updated/modernized the version of the PS2 startup. Even the simple blip at the end when you see the PS2 logo would have been great.

While I respect all the DIY advice in previous posts as they have all been great info, as recent new home owner (bought a house in 2011), here's my advice:

It's totally their fault in the case of all the players who want to play single player only but are still forced to create an online account to play. I have zero interest in multiplayer, but my account, my personal information, and ultimately my ability to play the game, has been exposed to this security breach.
