Not that I expect many people to have heard of the mid-90s Canadian vampire cop show, Forever Knight, but for the third and final season, they replaced the characters of Nick Knight's partner Don Schanke, and their boss, Captain Amanda Cohen, by killing them both off-camera in an airplane bombing.
