I’m like, 90% joking, but it would rule so hard if Mara was the only carry over from the EU.

Nah, we are getting a full on Luke as Yoda subplot. If there's anything this movie tells us, it's that the series is going to follow the structure of the OT more than we could have ever imagined. I'm half surprised they even gave Luke a cameo in the movie. They probably should have ended the film with the Falcon…
One of my favorite pictures of the F-117
The one “alien invasion” book I’ve always wanted to see made into a movie is Niven and Pournelle’s Footfall. They make an actual effort to try to create an alien force that is both has more advanced technology than us, and beatable through their advanced technology being borrowed and implemented by rote - basically,…
Please, we’ve all been to New Orleans before. We know what happened.
Should $skay just have her own sub-jalop? Just gt40’s and DD36s?
The only two eps I remember by name, and can highly recommend, are “Clyde Bruckman’s Final Repose” and “Jose Chung’s From Outer Space” both of which broke the mold a bit in being much more openly humorous than most X-Files eps.
I question whether the classic boats/trucks-coming-ashore amphibious operations are really feasible today. Well done! I thought I was the only person who saw that movie.
Form Over Function = Bad Design
Because this is the right response.
This is true. Competence is Wedge’s superpower.
Remember when Rogue One was announced?
It’s a shame that the SW fandom wanted nothing but Jedis around this time, because these were great specifically because they barely dealt with the “real” SW universe. Luke and Leia show up for maybe three scenes each over eight books, and Han’s only a major player in one of them.
How many of you guys are slowly realizing that the US army is a zombie horde funded by the Koch’s and controlled by the crab people? Wake up sheeple.
I came here to write the exact same thing. That pissed me off so much.
Perhaps they can be comforted by the fact MIB2 screwed us out of the female agent main character that the first movie promised.
She’s staying firmly in her wheelhouse, isn’t she?
What about Daniel Radcliff as Harry Potter and Christopher Walken as his son?
