@xxXX_Insanities_Birth_XXxx: I think it was clear to everyone that the Sorcery demo was just that, a demo. So the graphics and AI were far from completely dialed in. But to say that the AI in this Potter demo was better is ridiculous.

Remember Dragon's Liar and Space Ace my thirty-something friends? People said they weren't real games because all you did was press a button and move the joystick at just the right time to avoid watching a death animation. Welcome back to 1984 but with even less control over the onscreen action.

@SquareWheel: You're probably right but I just assume leave my phone alone.

Impressive, but I still don't like the idea of jailbreaking only because I think eventually Apple will do something to either brick phones or find a way for a must-have feature update to not be compatible with jailbroken phones.

@cocomojoe2: This is one of the fundamental problems with technology: it makes tasks that would normally require our full attention converted into dumbed-down experiences.

Not bad but with all the waiting and button confirmation it doesn't seem like it's worth the time.

@dowingba: If Microsoft has proved anything they've proved that they can make crappy hardware and software and still sit on top.

I think the title of the article should be officially changed to "User Posts Slowed Down Video of GT5" with a subtitle of "Trying To Besmirch GT5's Loading Times With Purposely Slowed Down Video".

@minusX: No doubt, but it just seems like this should've been resolved/considered when they first started putting this project together some 2 years ago.

I think what's more disturbing is that they're still working on this feature when the product is set to be released in the next couple months.

The one thing I've respected about Microsoft and the Xbox franchise is that they're not known for selling hype and dreams. The past few E3's (except for this year's), I believe, have been clear wins for Microsoft mainly because what they show happens and happens quickly. Instead we now have to hear about everything

Y0u know when you tell a joke that doesn't go over well so you have to explain it in order to make people understand the punchline? That's what Create is like.

@Greetings. I am Wu.: This is still a free country so you have the right to say anything you want. I don't "give" you permission to do anything.

Say what you will about Apple but one of the cornerstones in their software is not only a flowing and responsive user experience but the user experience in conjunction with other applications and processes.

I sort of see your point. Apple could be on the brink of taking over the entire computer industry but rather than reveal their entire hand at one time they're taking it one step at a time.

@mecha2142: And at this point it's probably too late for anyone to really compete

@cec: Good thing too. Their track record with hardware isn't exactly stellar.

@Kitradu: I remember that game. I think it cost $1.50 or something to play which was highway robbery in the early 90's.

The Cape. Are you serious?

This is why I love movies on opening night: the whole crowd gets involved. Sure, these guys were a little too When-Harry-Met-Sally-happy about every kick and punch thrown but the feeling of being in a room with several dozen more fans who all love something as much as you do is an experience like no other.
