Marvel makes changes all the time to each and every character, every superhero property has always made changes. Creative license is a marvelous thing and is used in ever sing adaptation of a previous work ever.

Seriously? This is what’s so “fundamentally goddamn wrong”? This isn’t the sole origin for WW, and arguably the least popular. In both post crisis and the New 52, her origin involved Zeus (and other Greek deities) in some way. This doesn’t affect how she got her name at all.
Are you suggesting in your hypothetical that we imagine they changed Cap’s origin story to not include fighting Nazis? It’s a bizarrely worded sentence. It doesn’t even make sense, as WW’s first origin story doesn’t mention her being sculpted of clay. She’s just an Amazon on Paradise Island and such. Her…
It is almost like they are not making these movies solely for comic book fans (saying they are 5% of the target audience is probably a stretch target), huh fancy that
I definitely cut mine into tiny pieces, since it has my photo on it. Then I throw away every other piece in two different trash bags, and hold the second bag back a week so it’s in a different trash truck. Despite all my paranoia, I still deal with credit card fraud at least once a year!
Just a couple of fun guys.
This will be the longest, most extended passionate booing in the history of booing.
I’d also point out that there are a LOT of speakers of Mandarin who also speak English, and many Chinese immigrants. I’m quite skeptical of hte longer-term value of learning Mandarin.
That’s a poor way to make an analysis. There have been actual studies that show what languages actually earn a premium for the learners—Prof. Oster makes a case for demand side, but the good Prof. should know the premium that accrues from the skill is driven as much by supply, as it is by demand.
Uh previous employers certainly can give a negative opinion about you. They won’t because they don’t want the liability, not because it’s illegal in any way.
Unless it’s some quirk of state law where you are, there’s nothing illegal about giving a negative opinion about a former employee, it just opens the former employer to a lawsuit, a winnable lawsuit if the negative opinion isn’t well based upon fact.
Your idea of “bad laws” and mine are completely different. Please keep your opinions to yourself and just report the things I like. The idea of adding political rhetoric to a site that is not designed for such things is where some of the “fake news” originates. I am one that is exasperated at the idea that those in…
How is enforcement of laws (illegal immigration) bad? Since we’re picking and choosing laws to enforce, I choose not to enforce speeding, tax evasion, and maybe movie piracy as I see fit. Thanks.
Biased. Plain and simple. Even legal immigrants don’t like this bashing of enforcement. And yes, your ancestors DID have to…
Holy biased spin batman!
Not biased much, at all, no not at all.
Keep your current job?
It’s not recommended to lie about your salary as there are ways companies can check your previous salary, even after they’ve made you an offer, and pull the job offer. You can read more about this here: http://www.askamanager.org/2012/09/is-it-okay-to-lie-about-your-salary-history-when-applying-for-a-new-job.html
you accepted a full time job without having ANY idea what your paycheck was going to be?
WHAT???
