I guess to understand it you’d have to look at what happens with Democrats actually in power vs. their stated platform.
I think the difference there is that Bernie was a serious lawmaker before he became a popular celebrity, rather than the other way around.

Unless I’m misremembering, I think the PS4 came out of the box ready to go. I eventually bought a longer controller charging cable (a few dollars) and an extra controller (to charge while I’m using one), but there was nothing (IIRC) you had to buy from the get-go to have a satisfactory gaming experience.

I’ve always thought that ratings are less a reaction to the chosen host than to the films being nominated. The Best Picture nominees were all very blah this year.
