Arguably, its the single most cost effective and efficient military vehicle in the world. People tend not to know about this, but the Chadians pretty much kicked the shit out of the Libyan Air Force (much better funded and trained) using nothing but technicals.

Well one massive big difference is that the level of proof in a civil proceeding is much less than a criminal proceeding.
