I wonder who from EA decided not to put NHL game for Wii, doesn't matter if NHL 2K9 Wii version sucks, 2K Sports will be making shit loads of money with that title in Northern America and in those few hockey mad European countries.

What a stupid thing to say when your "fantastic lineup" consists mostly FPS-games, or games that are still far in the future. We know that both next Gran Turismo and LittleBigPlanet will most certainly be good games, but games like Killzone 2 are so overhyped that I have no reason to believe that they will be anything

I guess this is the time that third-parties have been waiting for, Nintendo has released all of their big guns, and I doubt that Animal Crossing alone will satisfy all the needs of the gamers.

Now how about a feature that allows you import new faces to those human characters from photos? Lurking your boss in the ceiling as a tarantula would be a relaxing thing to do after long day at work.

What bothers me most is that according to his philosophy we should buy PS3 because of the potential 10 year lifespan, not because of games or anything like that, Sony's only real selling point for PS3 has been "future potential" from the beginning, one should buy PS3 because PS2 was so amazing console, hey we lost

@1981suede: @everybest: Consoles are past their prime within 4 years, and that's a fact. Unless you have success like NES, SNES, or first two Playstations. PS3 is simply not selling well enough to have longer lifespan than consoles usually have.

It won't sell even half of that in next 9 years.

Still I would like to see 2D Castlevania game for the Wii. The fact that Wii has motion controls does not mean that every new Wii game has to use them, there is Classic and Gamecube control support for a reason.

@RYAMATSU: Running speed seems perfect, and it's a zombie game it's supposed to be really chaotic. :)

This looks interesting, I'm glad to see that some developers are actually trying to come up with something new.

Particle cannons may actually be enough to convince me to buy yet another WW2-shooter.

Remember that Wii doesn't have to handle the higher resolution at all, so running the game on lower resolution helps, also Dead Rising was not the prettiest nor most optimized Xbox 360 title either.

Apparently it didn't occur to Sony that some PS2 owners actually bought Xbox 360 or Wii, and not PS3, and they are not waiting for cheaper PS3, PSN access or some game because MGS 4 and GTA 4 are already here.

Company executives playing Wii games on stage is not that great idea anymore.

And now we have to wait 1 - 2 years when we actually get some great games using this.

I have high hopes for this game but that 3D gameplay video didn't look good as I was expecting, I hope there is more "Fallout feel" when I'm actually playing the game.

Yeah, FEAR was a cool game, but scary? Hell no.

@ara: If there is no scripted events in the game it does not mean that the game is boring to play.

@NeVeRMoRe666: Because of heavy use of scripting when making these games, it doesn't really work if there are multiple people triggering different scripted events at the same time.

@SigmundTheSeaMonster: Are Gamecube and Xbox selling like hotcakes right now? PS3 is in same position as those two consoles during previous generation, whereas Wii is in same position as PS2 was back then (actually selling even better than PS2). So if history tells us something, its going to be Wii that is selling
