Sat down with the dealer to order my E46 ZHP and she could not get the computer to accept the order. Manager came in, same problem. Called BMW in Germany. The production plant had shut down the day before to change over to the E90. So sad.

That’s great and all...but the 435 is still bonkers expensive with a starting price of about 46k before options. I imagine a 435 ZHP will be well into the $50,000 mark. What would be great is a ZHP 228 for under 40k.
