The 968 looks great and drives like a 6 cyl car. Plenty of power with a terrific transmission and very good handling. Interior is classic Porsche quality. The Achilles heal is the power top which has far too many motors which are not cheap and need frequent replacements.

In bigger news Aston Martin has acknowledged the Vantage face is a problem and is attempting to fix the issue.

$42,000 for the lowest Gladiator model with the body-colored hard top. Those black top models look like rentals. That’s before any other options. I stopped by my Jeep dealer, they had $50K + Wranglers and Gladiators everywhere.  That’s way too much money.  

He should be fined the for the ticket price of all the passengers he delayed on his flight and on all the connections for that entire day. Then they should fine him for the extra expense the airline incurred in employee time, fuel and maintenance costs.  Then he should get his ass kicked for good measure.
