The car immediately before Stewart almost hits the on-foot Ward. Ward has to move out of the way as that car swerves to avoid him. As Stewart enters the frame Ward is standing directly in Stewart's path. From the circulated video Ward is the party at fault.

BMW deliberately overcharges (stated in dealer materials) to let customers feel they are buying a premium product. Cadillac shouldn't follow suit, rather build their cars and price them less, drawing intelligent shoppers. If the 3 & 5 series consistently loose comparisons to Cadillac the buyers will come.
