the movie is amazing. I saw it at Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar on Saturday night, and it exceeded my expectations. Like the trailer doesn't convey just how great this movie is in its entirety.

at least if you needed to gather data about your piss trajectory, you would know enough about the physics model to make a reasonable least squares estimate based on only 2 data points. need more data for this review garbage, even if you wanted a remotely decent statistic

Yessss because i'm sure everybody can get ahold of one of the 9 copies left in english, or play through the Azel Panzer Dragoon in japanese, not even mentioning how i think we're the only two people left with saturns.

for ppl that want to hit things, I've initiated a lot of people using Tales of Symphonia. Just a solid game with controls similar enough to smash that I've gotten people into it with no previous RPG play. i'm sure there are better now, but at the time, that was pretty much the only accessible game i could spread

i always wondered about that myself, doesn't that just lend itself to getting stolen?

when i saw the horror tag, i thought it meant a firm put wifi routers INTO hobos. this is not horrifying at all o_O

i hated the ipod click wheel, and i thought the imacs and notebooks from when i was younger were horrid.

but that's a single series, i can't think of anything else that got remotely close in games. Numbers like that are definitely not the majority, whereas box office reception of movies, even bad ones, typically hit numbers of large magnitude. Any titles I can think of, at least the ones that are visible on my shelf, are

I remember when iPad was first announced too, and I was so amazed that somebody would come out with a tablet after the tablet PCs i wanted so bad had more or less just died off into the expensive-company-lease-only range. And then it succeeded.

a lot of games don't have the mass appeal to the public a movie does

I think he's just saying when you buy a game, you should be buying something that you would enjoy, some concepts and stuff that added up to your $60 of enjoyment. If you buy a game because of an odd metric of value measured in either content or play time or something like that, you are severely cheapening your

I haven't played a western release in several years, though I watched my cousin play Mass Effect 2 in its entirety, and a hell of a lot of Skyrim, Fable, other titles. I attribute that mostly to not having much time, so I have to play something skill matters a lot in, and I can get quick bursts in without too much

I did when I went to Fantastic Arcade events in Austin, Texas, but playing the indie games was highly regrettable; luckily, majority of my time was spend playing Mappy on an arcade cabinet :D

i'd like to know too, but it's like nobody I know acknowledges the series anymore (though reviewers seem to love it) so I can't get a foothold in it. Even in '07 when I first stepped into the so called "scene", ppl were telling me to go to DOA4 competitions for them with (i forgot the character), and just do (this

DOA has always been strangely swept under the rug for fighting games in pro community; a lot of fighting game competitors I talk to consider the entire series to be unbalanced, scrubby, and in general the system lends itself to both easily by making it easy to break any momentum or advantage mid combo, while having an

Are these two things comparable? I swear NFC has general operating range of some centimeters, QR codes can be tagged as long as your camera can make out the picture. For menial information and websites and stuff, QR is great, but I think NFC implementation for the same silly things is a waste of money and awkward to

Luke is a whiny jerk for about the first 8 hours of the game, but after you hit a major spoiler point, he turns around and the game improves significantly.

I can't believe how much coverage I've seen on this general topic in the last 48 hours O_O heck, for that matter, it's so hard for me to believe that this stuff is news worthy; I understand this is probably because of the load road that the FGC is trying to go down to join the whole esports deal, so there needs to be

Grandia III had a nice joyous first disc, the kind you'd expect from a lighthearted JRPG. And then you broke the game with fusion powers and got Astraea Zap, Absolute Zero, and Galactic Bang immediately and just made Alfina cast AZ over and over until everybody died. And THEN the story turned into a very normal save

it was interesting to me that i read the hands on review about it on engadget, they were naysayers but said eventually you'll probably start liking it a lot and not want to go back to a smaller phone. But all I've read on giz are terrible mockeries of the device, pretty much hate from start to finish o.o
