Always bothered me when atheists act like liberals - if you disagree with THEM, you are not only wrong, you are an idiot/asshole/homophobe/racist/whatever. They can not PROVE religion is wrong (as much as I agree with them) anymore than they can prove science is right. Every few years a new discovery is made that

But religion demands that you believe in the absence of proof. Even in the absence of evidence. "Faith" (I am not in any way religious)

So many ships..... too many to read....brain overloading.

The "unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization" could be the androids that Roger Corby was working on. Someone else contacted him, was taken over and so on.

I would just run THAT way while someone flips the world over backwards so the T-Rex is running the OTHER way.

The announcer said "it's a car not even Detroit could conceive" and "it gets only 3 miles to the gallon" (Munster pun ignored).

I love the "Best of Both Worlds" (and how Family Guy borrowed the style for the 'to be continued' on "Stewie Kills Lois"), but every time I watch it I wonder why they just waited there for the Borg when they were supposed to be looking for the Captain. The Borg aren't going to quit coming at them, might as well take

Didn't notice it in the Kelvin so I have details to look for now. I didn't mind that Scotty's base seemed old fashioned - we don't know who built it or when.

No wait - that was out of a Tron cabinet I believe.

Back when I worked fixing video games and such we were trashing a Star Wars cabinet, and I saved one of the blacklight fluorescent lights. It gets used once a year (maybe) on Halloween.

I don't love the look of the ship, but don't hate it. Just too curvy for me - I leave the curves for TNG and forward.

True.

Flight simulator rides tilt backwards to simulate acceleration - but maybe it needs the visual cues to make it work correctly.

Just forget about the ground as you fall - that's the ticket.

Nah, I was just looking for humor. :)

OK - works for me.

I know it is real petty of me, but WHY couldn't Halloween be this weak when it was nice and warm?

Ahhh, I do remember watching this scene with interest. And I'm not even an exercise person all that much.

Why an airlock? Isn't the bigger threat the hard vacuum just outside? Maybe a bank vault?

We were in one of those (wild west themed) at Idlewild Park. As you go through, the angle goes from normal to what you see here, slowly so you get used to it. By the time we got to the last room half of the people were laying on the forward window, and the others were hanging onto the wall rail behind us.
