He was probably dragging the car a short distance for the Repo, then will put dollies under it once the vehicle is 'secure.' I very much doubt he was unaware of the AWD nature of the car, since it would be trying to tear itself off the lift every 50 feet.

450HP is too much for a learner. My brother learned a LOT from a 140hp warmed over cobalt with a 2.2L ecotec, stick, upgraded springs, performance brake pads and rotors, and soft compound tires. You don't need to go fast to learn how to corner. Even that car is a lot to handle for someone who has never been on a

(queue disclaimer that the above is not legal advice and does not constitute a a legal relationship blah blah blah)

You can now buy cheap lithium EV cells, ridiculously powerful motors from netgain, and controllers like the zilla.

If you track your car, almost no aftermarket company stands behind their wheel for racing use.

I think what is being said is; the job of these individuals was to form a disaster plan and encourage preparedness. Which they didnt do.

Investment isn't the right word, admittedly. I meant purchase. Its an asset that will last longer and provide better service if you take care of it. This includes cleaning it, regular service, and repairing issues before they becomes crippling problems.

I know whoever buys my SRT8 isn't going to care about it as much. i have still spent a full 6 hour day cleaning, claying, polishing, waxing, and protecting it. its relaxing, enjoyable, and protects your investment.

In the south east i have not had a problem. Up north I think the parking spots are generally smaller (less dualies?) and had problems in Virginia and Connecticut. In the Carolinas Most spots were about 8 feet wide, and i could get the tires in there, but not the body. In those cases I would just play nice and park

I can get my 8.5 foot wide 41 foot RV to fit (with about half a foot on each side to spare) between the lines of one space, and take 2 spaces (and some change) lengthwise in a walmart style parking lot. Since that vehicle must legally be at the same width or narrower than my maximum road legal width RV, it could fit.

The sound is not a turbo gas motor unless its a direct injection turbo gas motor. when its slowing down you can hear pilot injection. Its a trick used by some diesels to help them idle quieter.

Is it just me or did they accidentally overlay a diesel engine track onto the Raptor? Its making the same sound as a 7.3L PSD.

Now playing

I enjoy my commute every day. I just make car noises while driving my van and get really close to people who piss me off. Plus I used to get to redneck rally once I hit my driveway. Its been regraded now :(

I have a magnetic sticker for my van that says 'Rural Cellular Maintenance Crew.' It also has a nice array of antennas for my HAM activities. It explains away the antennas, rack, etc and ensures I am not bothered.

Hey, track operating people! Hows it goin. I understand ya'll kinda busy. Its wet, it looks kinda cold and damp. It just doesn't look like you all are having fun. Been there, done that, have the T-Shirt. I feel for ya.

*sighs and shakes his head*

I don't think that chimney would pass emissions. Visible smoke is a fail.

There is no magic formula. The small stuff adds up! The BIG stuff I have found on larger vehicles is as follow:

Selecting a good orbit would be tricky. Geo-stationary orbit makes them a very easy target. Actually, any orbit makes them a good target. Being in orbit means you are drifting like a hot air balloon without any real means of changing your course without expending very valuable stationkeeping fuel. Plus you gotta

Ballistic trajectory. If we make a vehicle that survives the re-entry landing, then that same vehicle could bolt on top of a a rocket launched from a submarine and get a standoff of... anywhere in the world from anywhere else in the world.
