Pfft; plenty of room. He didn't even part the grass...

Pulling the engine from a Newer Van. Pulling the DIESEL engine from a ford van.

Most people don't know what to do from the drivers seat, quite frankly. I don't expect them to know where the hood release is, what it does, or what exactly is located under the hood of their vehicle anyway.

Glass is cheap. Very cheap. The ginormous windshield on my E150 van was 45 dollars. Installation added into the glass price is what kills ya. Sometimes it takes skill, most of the time it takes a knife, a tube of urethane, and a gasket.

Yeah, not the best example. The 6.1/6.4 engine is exposed on SRT LX cars :D

So, you determined (as is correct in all british/lucas cars) that the entire wiring harness is shorted and the real problem was an open circuit in the power locks?

Vaccing down and charging the AC system after a repair. Do the repair yourself, measure the proper amount of oil if your compressor came dry, and let someone else vac and charge it. its not hard, its just cheaper to get someone else with a 20lb tank, the manifold, and the pump to do it rather than buy those small

Here, the mountains came out too dark. Easy enough to cleanup in post, but still messed with a perfectly good shot.

Actually, shots with lots of natural light can be the most difficult. Its easy to bloom out, and get halos around subjects, or have make someone toned like, say, Dwayne Johnson look like Wesley Snipes. I snapped this pic while playing around last year, a few minutes before we had tornado sirens. the sky was almost

Welcome to the new Jalopnik; powered by Yugo!

Since they don't want to discuss drivetrains, i will!

Still like the 8,000lb towing capacity of my good old E-series. I am looking forward to hear about the T-Series. I want AWD, a 4 or 5 popper diesel, and a stick. YOU BETTER DO IT FORD!

Mike Holmes: "I know a guy, just need to pull the right permits to make it happen. I'll make sure he uses 4x4's on 8 inch centers, but if we do it right at this point I wont be back in a few

They are ultra soft compound race tires with 2 groves for 'tread' to get a DOT stamp. I am not sure what the deal with them is, but they only start with 4/32nd of 'tread,' only 2/32nds is legally usable on road. I have driven on a set of them and they were dead within 4 hours of track day fun. They made it from

Kuhmo V710 'DOT' race slicks. They even say DO NOT DRIVE ON THE HIWAY with them. If you lose 2/32nd of tread they are worn, and they are less effective after even a few hours of race-level driving. I am willing to bet those tires are outside of their 1/32nd of 'optimal traction life.'

They are DOT approved, but they are really not made for road use. I used them on a 550hp performance car, and within about... 2 weeks they were below 2/32nds, the legal limit in most every state. They only start at 4/32nds. I still use v710s on the track, they are cheaper than Hoosiers and offer enough grip to play

Yeah. I'm in Tennessee; Memphis actually. That kinda shit is actually accepted here, much to my dislike.

Only people of color, cause, i dun wan none of them dat'in my dautters.

Now that i think about it, the correct response is to put it on some 33" (poser sized) mud tires, and slap a 4x4 sticker on the side with a Palin/Mccain slogan.

YUP!
