Speaking as someone who has worked in the music biz for many years and currently works in licensing, yes, it’s unauthorized use.

Trump playing “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” may have been the one honest thing about his campaign.

Kwiverfull!

Get thee to Eshakti, where *all* dresses can be made knee and/or tea length, and you can customize the sleeves and bust of most. Their whole schtick is almost custom. And as a bonus, they have an enormous size range.

- Maya only had 1 line (about gap years and malia obama) but man she made me laugh!

You know Josh isn’t Jason Mendoza because Josh spent 15 years unmarried to a woman he loved. Jason Mendoza would never go 15 years without marrying somebody he loved, largely because he can’t go 15 days without proposing to anybody he likes.

I’d argue one point in what you’ve written - that Eleanor passed her Judge test. She didn’t actually. She figured out that it was a test, which invalidates the result of the test.

  • “What did you wear?” “Some white girl crap.” “That tracks.”

They have the only key that opens the door between the Afterlife and Earth, which cannot be duplicated. Theoretically, as long as they keep it with them on Earth, no one from the Afterlife can cross over or do anything.

Surprised he didn’t just send one bomb to each side and call it a draw.

Except Chidi, per the episode. There go all the Chidi/Jason pipe dreams :(

Once I had figured out that Janet had the power to tell me the motivations of all the people from my life, I don’t think I would leave her alone.

Chidi’s ethics won’t allow him to lie (which is why everyone hates ethics professors)

I really liked how the episode has shown that Jason changed too. So far it was clear how everyone evolved and became better versions of themselves but Jason seemed to be the same doofus (good-hearted but still). Now, it’s obvious that he has evolved too and learnt some self-awareness and to think not just act.

I’m all in favor of Eleanor killing her mother. It’s not like she isn’t already damned, have some fun, get shit done.

I like classics. I liked them when I was young, too.

He’s my senator, and I got tired of looking up his phone number, so he actually is in my contacts. Shudder.

We not starting this shit today. Candy corn is delicious. Shut your foolish pie hole if you feel differently.

And I will celebrate this shift by early voting for Beto the second I get out of work tonight.
