When all the Janes walked up the aisle? I fucking lost it, and kept losing it for the entirety of the rest of the episode. DIRTY TRICK, show!

Also, Gwen, is the infamous ex . . . EMILY VALENTINE?  Because I will have an entire stroke if it is.  God bless you, Emily Valentine.

It’s amazing that all it took was for Ian Ziering to ditch his terrible hairdo and white 90s jeans to get all Daddy on us. Damn.

When you’re rich, I imagine you have to do increasingly dumber shit just to get a thrill. It’s not like they’re deriving pleasure from their once-a-year massage, you know?

For funsies, I looked up the price of sending my daughter to a school overseas instead of my alma mater (the University of Texas at Austin; hook ‘em). It is cheaper to send my child to OXFORD* and pay for room and board than it is to send her to UT, which, thanks to a lot of alumni endowments, is about the cheapest

I don’t think David Anders has ever played a good guy?  He’s too good at being menacing yet charming, I guess.

As soon as Liv and Major kissed in an open grave (man, what a weird show) and Ravi and Peyton confessed they were thinking about marriage, I knew 2 of the 4 were done for. Major’s clearly going to die trying to get Max Rager - not sure if it’s Ravi or Peyton who’ll die in that scenario. We all know Rob Thomas doesn’t

I generally can only get through about the first minute of Old Town Road before I have to turn it off (it’s just not my style; no diss to the song) but I flippin’ LOVE Lil Nas X, love that he seems to be having so much damn fun and living his best life.  His twitter’s hilarious.  Ride on, dude!

Abbie Bartlett’s going to be so thrilled.

Tom and Greg’s adventures are maybe some of the funniest beats in any show.  Even if Greg’s CPK poverty tastes made me sort of hungry for a chicken pizza.

Kendall is such a fascinating character - I would absolutely hate him were I ever to meet him in the streets, but damned if I’m not rooting for him to take down Logan and the rest of the family while he’s at it.  I just sort of want to put a blanket on him, pat him on the head, and tell him it’s all going to be okay.

I’m not a shareholder of anydamnthing, but I served on a couple boards in my misspent youth. As far as I know, pretty much all of them operate on Robert’s Rules of Orders, and anyone can abstain from voting, even in a vote of no confidence situation.

The Americans.  Full stop.  Never took its foot off the gas, fully incorporated itself into its themes and ended so damn well that I was breathless through the entire series finale.

My favorite bit of the episode was Kendall telling Frank that he magnanimously gave his staff the day off, failing to understand how to make his own coffee, and then calling in his “skeleton crew” to locate his coffee beans. What a putz; I love him.

I’m not going to miss Shailene’s terrible hair this season. Why would they do that to her?

Eh, I don’t think so.  Michelle McNamera was a reporter doing actual investigation into the GSK; she wasn’t staying up late on Reddit and trading JonBenet theories.  I don’t think the Murderheads are meant to be in the same league as her at all.

I don’t know how you can even ask that; it’s like we’ve all forgotten about Paris Hilton.

I so, so want to like this season more than I do so far. I don’t know what it is - the quips are all there, Veronica/Keith partnership is still the best daughter/dad relationship around, I love the newcomers (for the most part). But, I don’t know; I feel like tonally this show is shifting around a lot. I can’t take my

Mr Rogers has long been my personal hero and the profile this movie is based on is something I revisit at least twice a year, usually when I’m feeling a bit low. (Except I already know I’ll reread it today! And cry over the lost bunny and the 143 and the prayers, ughhh. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it.)

The first season (which hewed closely to the book) was great! After that . . . yikes.
