I’m not sure I understand the difference he’s attempting to explain in his quote - is he maybe saying that he pictured the embroidery as intricate designs, as opposed to big triangles? That would be a cool look!

Of course, Nintendo execs are among the stereotypical old-guard, short-sighted, myopic dinosaurs who firmly believe they can bend society to their will.

Nah, they’re just doing their legally required due diligence. If you don’t protect your IP, you can lose your IP. Nintendo’s IP’s are incredibly valuable, and are undoubtedly their biggest asset.

Couple things.

video games aren’t lent more legitimacy by being made into movies

A good Sacred game would whip ass.

Wait wait wait....wait.........wait.....

You’re going to sit there, with a straight face, and tell me that this man who has made a living off “playing” the heel, who was kicked out of E3 and banned from Twitch for streaming inside a public restroom, who cheated on his wife multiple times, and is now spouting herd

Considering the subpar quality of Fallout 4 it might be time to just give up on Bethesda ever making a good one again.

You’re right - you won’t stop them. Nothing will. Nothing will stop the hot-take nerd zeitgeist either. Nook is Satan, why? Because we said so is why. Want proof? Look at all the people saying he is!

Libya under Gaddafi in the 70s and 80s was by any definition a rogue state, so I’m not sure we need to feel too much guilt over making them villains in the film. The idea that Libyan agents would covertly enlist Doc Brown to build them a nuclear device fits the geopolitics of 1985 perfectly.

I gotta say - I’m with him. Overwatch is pretty dead. I just lost all passion for it as well.

That’s almost definitely what would happen, because it’s exactly what happened with HOTS. They realized their esports league for that was bleeding money, so they abandoned the entire game.

Well, no, I’m paying for a service that allows for online, cloud saves, etc. It just happens to include some “free” games, but they’re not the reason I’m paying for PS+, so it really doesn’t matter to me what they give away.

Regardless, I paid $35 for the current year of service, so each of these “cost” $1.46 each,

I felt like Odyssey reinvigorated the franchise personally. They’re nailing the combo of open world, rpg, loot drops, and still refining the sea combat. I’m digging it again after years of a lot of the same content.

I actually really disliked the AC series until I played Odyssey and Origins. I think them pivoting into a more RPG-type game brought me in in a way the first games never could for some reason.

This.

I just picked it up on steam. It’s pretty solid, especially if you enjoy the wh40k universe.
