I think with the increase of social media exposure, people at the time actively tried to get tickets. I’m nowhere near the east coast, but seem to remember that sentiment being displayed on car forums I used to read where people really almost wanted to go just to see if they would get such tickets for modifications.

I’ve been riding and racing for 20 years and have seen experienced cyclists who ride over 10,000 miles a year fall over in that same manner. I think it is great that a man in his 70's is out there getting some exercise instead of sucking down Diet Cokes and lying about his weight while trying to end democracy.

Even at 2,000,000 EV units, that’s still only about 15% of Ford’s total sales each year. 4 years from now is 2026. I don’t know exactly what Ford has claimed in the past, but some auto makers have claimed no more ICE cars by 2030/35/40. I’ll probably get roasted, but I never cared for American Top Gear. Some bits here and there were funny/entertaining, but overall, it wasn’t good. Not sure I’d call it the worst though.
