One shouldn't park a development car in a home garage, it would be a shame to loose your house due to faulty wiring or other pre-production pieces.

I think categories should be avoided. Some cars are going to fall into multiple categories which might cloud the issue.

Have natural gas heat at home and don't live in an apt? CNG Civic "GX." If you could find one that comes with its own "Phil" so you can fill the car at home. Natural gas is cheap and the motors are supposed to stay very clean and go forever on an oil change. Auto trans only I think, but I believe they get the same
