I was at the last game he coached in Boston. Luckily, the tickets were free because the game was like watching a college varsity team scrimmage itself on a Sunday afternoon.

1. If you have to work after midnight, don't set an alarm. Just show up as soon as you can.
When I'm traveling, I ask waiters and waitresses where they like to eat. Quite often, I get steered to great smaller places.
I bought an NAD T 757 last fall. Four HDMI inputs and one HDMI output. You can swap out the decoding hardware if new AV formats come along. Setup was very straight forward and it sounds great. I highly recommend it. I paid $1500 for it.
I live in a Boston burb and I had a son when I was 40 and a daughter when I was 43. I have to report it's been nice giving my children a comfortable stable home that I couldn't have provided when I was in my twenties. I was able to be very active with them, including coaching some of their sports teams. In all…
Then it's OK for me to call a waiter Dimwit? I mean, if the guy had a brain, he wouldn't be a waiter, would he?
I don't see how that's an improvement over a small backpack with room for a hoodie or a light jacket. I always travel with a small backpack with enough gear and clothes to last me a couple of days in case my luggage is lost.
You know someone with a blue bum hole?
Sanchez did not run into Moore's ass, Vince Wilfork picked Moore up and used Moore's ass to knock the ball loose.

Most of them look like Louie Anderson.
I like to use a square cake pan as a form to shape the meatloaf. After I've squashed the meatloaf into the pan, I flip the pan over onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment and drop the meatloaf onto the parchment. I like my meatloaf cooked all the way through so I only make 2 pounds at a time and I keep the…

I've often wondered if HAL singing "Mary Had a Little Lamb" in "2001" is a reference to this recording.
You just have to put a little thought into what is likely to happen and what could happen. If worse case really happens and we're headed for the hills with a backpack, do we really need 100G of mp3s? Just keep a backup of your phone in the cloud, keep at least two copies of your important digital files on external…
Good advise. I also make sure my very old backpacking stove still works and that I have fuel for it.
But it is pretty easy to be "anonymous enough". I was cyber stalked aggressively a couple of years ago and the person could only figure out what state I was in. With all my accounts, I'm careful to not put in my real birthday, the real town I live in and I'm careful to not use apps that broadcast where I am.
I pay to read the NY Times. I get the educational discount though. I probably wouldn't pay for the Times if I didn't get the discount.
Oddly, no. I've even done experiments playing FLAC files with my iPhone through different setups and you don't loose that much with bluetooth compared to a direct connection. I think it is because the iPhone is such a mediocre sound source to begin with, using bluetooth isn't a big deal.
