Agreed. The "male" way of doing anything is always held up as the standard to which women must strive for to be treated as something close to equal. It's just the same old shtick of devaluing the feminine in guise of empowerment for women in the workplace.

It still flabbergasts me to this day, how highly men think of their penises. It's like they think their penises are God's very own staff, bestowed upon each of them to rule over all the non penis gifted persons around them.
