That's a very good point... if men won't even acknowledge that women have sexual desires and wants of their own, it absolves them of all the work it would take to live up to those standards.
Well... you reap the benefits of looking at some pretty women, but you're also losing out on a lot of awesome women that you might have never thought to talk to or care about because they don't please you aesthetically (I'm not saying YOU do this, I'm generalizing here with men, as I know a lot of them do this).
