It's the other way around, you can't tell people something is not OK to do if they have no idea why it's not OK to do.

The thing is both are not being addressed, how many articles on this site or any Gawker site talk about the issues I mentioned?

Yeah "real" or "valid" might not be something I get to decide on, important however is a thing I can decide on, this t shirt is not as important as any issues I mentioned, that get close to zero coverage on this site, or almost any other media outlet.

There is nothing inherently wrong with making a tshirt with a symbol on it, if it wasn't for the underlying issues there would be very little wrong with making a tshirt like this.

You are right. I am not saying that this is totally ok.

Am I barking up your tree or the Navajo tree?

I said that in another response that there are real issues of representation out there mascots definitely being one of them.

There is nothing wrong with that shirt, what is wrong that American education ignores the atrocities committed against the natives, starting from genocide ending with kidnapping their children and trying to breed the Indian out of them which happened not even a 100 years ago. Not to mention the celebration of the

The latest transformers were shit.

Did you miss the part where I pointed out the difference in the rewards given for buying a compendium?

Not me one million while large did not seem like something special, not to mention that the last time buying a compendium gave quite a small reward.

This prize is so massive I doubt you will see much growth after next year. Heck even if they manage to make it bigger next year I would be quite surprised.

Wait women's studies clases aim to produce action? In that case they have failed, unless you count tweeting as action.

I think this story got the attention, because it was really plausible, people with visible scars get treated like shit all the time.
