Yes, you can own a gun and be responsible. Every other country in the world has gun owners, and unlike the USA, there’s no weekly shootings or people leaving guns out for children to find. The USA is the sole example of a country where gun owners tend to be ignorant and irresponsible.

Pretty dangerous opinion here. Carrying a gun around doesn’t mean you have any more power than if you didn’t. It’s kind of like a security blanket - makes you feel good but has no legitimate practical purpose.
