Sure, let’s go handmaid’s tale and make half the population sex slaves. That sounds perfect.

I haven’t gone past season 1,but mostly because other things take priority for me because I have read the books.

Something like watchmen’s universe, where comics are all about pirates because superheroes are real, yeah.

I wonder how a writer on JALOPnik could ever sound like that.

It’s the comedy issue.

Heck, they might likely welcome a respite from mad clowns, sentient bipedal crocodiles and bat-basket cases running around knocking stuff over.

Two things: first, you’re wrong about the comprehension part. It’s perfectly correct to say “you did not understand what I meant, but it’s my fault for explaining it poorly”.

Yup. I take anyone who got dusted as confirmed for 4vengers.

A lot, though with the mishmash of elseworlds and reboots and whatever it’s not always easy to choose the “canon” ones. Even by the strictest of counts it’s in the hundreds.

I think both Cap and BW are quite messed up... they just don’t show it nearly as obviously as Stark. Stark doesn’t have any training, so he quickly dissolves into a mess and hides behind his work.

Yes, and to make it even more on-the-nose, he cryptically says “It was the only way”.

Because a phonecall takes seventeen hours, and the UN’s Avengers panel is known for keeping banking hours and being notoriously skeptical of cellphones.

Considering Sokovia, South Africa, Nigeria, Germany...

I have no idea what you’re rambling about.

So it’s not potentially more dangerous than any other kind of dust. That’s interesting.

Ross is not in charge, if I recall correctly. A UN commission is. Ross, as secretary of state, is in charge of diplomacy and non military foreign affairs, so it makes perfect sense for him to be the US’ contact with the avengers.

Disagree.

I don’t need more. You couldn’t be further away from the point if it was in the moon. Wait, it is.

Yes, but while “DNA alterations” sounds especially scary, it’s a matter of exposure. Cigarrette smoke causes cancer because it causes DNA damage, which is an alteration. It’s just accurately reporting the mechanism of action of the moon dust.

Then again, you’d have to really, really be trying to end up worse than the last FF movie
