In the books, things aren’t perfectly in-sync time-wise, and days might pass between paragraphs. Some chapters run concurrently, some get back in the past, etc. Short version, don’t try to count days. Stuff happens at a slower pace. Days can pass between scenes.

Yup. That would make him more or less reign over 3/8ths of Westeros - The north through Sansa, the Vale thanks to Robyn, and the Riverlands in his own right as lord of Harrenhal. Of course, this all hinges on Sansa being a scaredy kiddie, which she’s not anymore.
