Ive driven a few of these, including one with the EVOMS 610 package..and while they are pretty fast, they have never really felt that special to me. No doubt, they can be a great mod platform, but 415hp isnt what is was 15 years ago, and theres better stuff out there now. I actually looked at getting one when i got my

Lol what?

May be a tiny bit biased...since i designed it, but oh well-

The rear spoiler really doesnt fit with the high trailing edge kamm-style rear end, and the wheels are a little weak(although since they are branded HFP, Honda’s performance parts arm, they are probably not the main production wheels).

Gorgeous. Really good job by Mazda, considering the rules and regs in DP. Will be a nice addition to the IMSA series(just sent this article to a buddy who races in the series. Will be interested to get his opinion since he will be seeing a lot of this thing)

Well, thats Japan for you.

Wow, very weird/cool that the bridgestone re-71r is the optional tire. Thats a very sticky “200 treadwear”(air quotes..lol) tire developed for autocross.

something about an old dirty e-type in front of a mid-century eichler house just works...reminds me of some of the houses in the area i grew up in (west LA/Pacific Palisades).

What? A positive, non-crowd crashy Mustang story? Are you guys feeling okay?

Yeah, even if you dumped the slicks, you would still be in a mod class because of the stripped out interior etc. Would be better to get a regular micra and get the shocks, sway bar and some street class legal tires/wheels and run in HS or something.

An early r107 SLC like this(with the penta/ronal wheels of course)-

Also, how do you valet your car? Leave your phone with the valet too?

This.

Actually, the interior looks really nice for an early 996(at least based off the one picture provided). The pretty rare sport seats are a huge bonus. Terracotta(iirc) interior color is pretty rare also.

I followed this car for years as a member of Evo Magazine’s fast fleet. Was always interesting reading about the high mileage servicing and info on this. IIRC he also has a very high mileage early 458 Italia.

Nice! I had a couple different crx’s, and it was the car that got me into autocross and road racing. Still miss them sometimes...so light!

Wow thats really decent numbers. Expected a big torque number(like all EB products), but 441wtq is phenomenal. Not bad considering 2015+ Mustang GT’s(which i drive)make around 375whp and 350wtq stock.

Now playing

No, not the CTS-V, the slightly less insane V-sport. Still a little above your stated price range though...Ive driven one- very fun for a big sedan.

They can see the pedestrians flying over the hood! Well played though:)

Wow. And i thought my 16 Mustang GT PP was a great deal(well it was at the time...$31k in sept 2015).
