Wow. Totally forgot about that game.

For sure. As someone with an automotive design background, the concept lawn is fun. Also, i get to catch up with some industry folks i know. Other than that, i would much rather be at Laguna(especially since there lots of good stuff that runs on Sunday...used to be the turbo era f1 stuff was Sunday).

This. Ill be at Laguna on Saturday. I will go check out the concept lawn @ pebble on Sunday(free to see for everyone). But im not buying another overpriced ticket for the rich old money hob nob event itself. Ive been lucky enough to get a free ticket(or sneak in...lol) the last few years, but honestly its a huge waste

Ill be there..10th year in a row! I may just hit the concept lawn..say hi to some buddies and bounce(and beat traffic out). If i see yall ill say hi!

This. Especially considering the amount of CS staff you would have to have since the riders would not be able to resolve any of the issues directly with the driver.

After 10 straight years of attending Monterey car week I’ve learned a few things-

This needs more stars

Nice. My family had a 69 or 70(cant remember) 142 coupe like this:

You are not kidding about Kia dealers. Went looking at basic economy cars fir the gf...i couldn’t believe how full of shit they were at tje large Kia dealership we ended up at. After giving us the runaround (ill have to talk to my manager blah blah blah)and wasting over an hour of our time, we walked out. The salesman

Balikbayan boxes!

Yeah. Alibaba is really weird/horrible/amazing. Ive had to buy a bunch of automotive components off there for a company ive done work with...it is a super frustrating and weird process. Its like a completely unregulated amazon(but with way more weird and large scale stuff).

We are not worthy! COTMFD

Good. Dragged my buddy(who is an IMSA pro driver) along to my auto-x event. We got first and third place in class(he was first of course...i got narrowly beat by a 1le Camaro..who is a really fast driver), which was a cool accomplishment since my car only has tires(direzza star specs, not the 1sec faster re-71r’s) and

Yea LH has a great F product(and arguably the worlds best first-class lounge at FRA). LH F is the second best first-class ive flown...the best was Asiana, with their first suites on the JFK-ICN route... simply amazing service, food and hard product.

Yeah. Ive been lucky enough to have flown a few times in the pointy end of a 747. Love that you can actually see slightly forward due to the curvature of the fuselage. Just recently flew on the upper deck of a UA 747 in Business too. Love that view of the wing from up there too:

Well said.

Oh woops...duh ..of course. Apparently my coffee didn't work today. LOL

Its probably that they both are a hodgepodge of unrelated styling cues plastered on a kit car like body.

Pretty awful IMO. The wheels dont fit with the exterior styling at all. Looks like a bad cobra kit car.

God damn that thing sticks out of the corners. Impressive!
