I believe historians will give Obama’s presidency 4 out of 5 drone strikes.

I’m one who believes strongly that the Obama presidency will be rated highly by historians (after some time has passed), but I could have been just as happy with Michelle in the office...

I don’t know. (Clutches Purls). I mean she clearly states, she is high as fuck, she acts as if she is high as fuck, and the Kardashian/Jenner clans aren’t know as ACTORS. So I just don’t know.

Are we like, the biggest GoT nerds in all of Jezzieland!? We should get together Mondays or Tuesdays and talk about it. I’m in Atlanta but we should anyway

THAT IS FUCKING WHAT THE SHITTING FUCK THAT WOMAN NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY

I need new friends, too. What city are you in? Even if we're not in the same city, I'll be your friend, because I moved to a new town for a boy and then we broke up so now I'm lonely.

I hear this so hard. If you’re ever in the Baltimore area, let me know! You can come over and we can watch Game of Thrones together and stress out about Sansa.

.... I think you misunderstand me, random internet stranger.

Kumail Nanjiani, who hosts The X-Files Files podcast (highly recommend if you were a fan back in the day) made a list for Entertainment Weekly of the best shows to start with before the return. I think they are all great episodes for getting back into it, too..

You should primarily watch the mythology episodes so you’ll be caught on that arc (if they go back to it which they shouldn’t unless they can explain certain things which ... no.)

I really liked this show until Mindy got pregnant- that’s a pretty classic jump-the-shark move, and the show and plot never really hit a proper groove. So, on the one hand, sorry to see it go because I really like Mindy Kaling and I want to see women-driven shows succeed, but on the other hand, it was an inconsistent

I agree and I am totally behind it. Generally quality tv and way cheaper than cable.

Yes! I visit a lady named Tina, once a month, and she works in a nail salon owned and operated by a Korean lady, but she’s Vietnamese. She’s been in this country a few decades. She’s got 4 kids, all college-aged and older, and they’re all successful - one’s a doctor, one’s a marine biologist, etc. She loves to talk to

I think we’re starting to see the end of networks. When you can get the same or more viewership and get hte same profits from an online service and not worry about FCC regulation or network suits, why wouldn’t you go that route? Netflix opened the gates and it’s just going to continue.

Jesus Christ, we have laws here. You can’t work someone without paying them. You can’t pay someone two dollars an hour. The fact that things were probably even worse in their home countries has nothing to do with it.

Sad, but true. :( This is possible if you book your services at a “fancy” place—like Bliss or a high-end salon, etc. A mani/pedi there will run about $80-90.

I’m never getting my nails done ever again. This is horrific. The worst thing is, I’m not surprised and that kills me. I always tried to rationalize it in my head. The place I go to is clean, the employees seem happy and are always chatting and laughing or staring at their phones or reading. The owners are friendly.

I’ve only gotten a manicure in NYC once. The woman did a great job, and after my nails dried, I went to give her the tip. She was with another client by then, so I folded the tip in half and placed it at her station, half tucked under a bowl. That’s what I always did at salons in my home town, and I felt confident

I posted that KONY video to my Facebook feed. What more do you want from me?
