You can get a Chevy Equinox EV base model with 319 miles stated range for under $30k. In practice (with mostly city driving), mine gets around 330 miles of range.
Just wanted to note that the base price for my 4Runner was $34k and change in 2019. Just looked at a 2024 SR5 and base price is $44k. So $10k more for the same model, although newer. Was Toyota planning for this launch by raising the price of the old one, so they can say “Hey, its only a hundred bucks more!”

The picture above does include the front “bench” seat! If you look at the Land Rover Defender (as well as other vehicles with this type of seat) the seat is normally folded down and used as an arm rest or cup holders. It only folds up and out of the way when you need someone to actually sit in that third seat.
