Actually I am pretty Okay with that. I want a interesting Story and good setpieces for memorable shootouts. If all this is wrapped in an Open world, fine. If it’s done with complete linear progression, also fine. The sandbox aspect to me is completely optional since, and let’s be honest here, GTA5 set the new standart

Candy Crush has already proven the viability and profitability of this model. Two Dots employs it, too. Fortunately, I’m cheap and the only net effect is to drive me away from my smartphone and over to a book after I’ve spent five lives.

Must have been some serious desert combing going on.

Agreed. I also have trouble sympathizing with fair-weather fans. Gamers these days really need to count their fucking blessings. The fact that Nintendo was willing to add a feature to a game that felt complete, and that many players were—and to an extent, still are—content with already, for no charge whatsoever, puts

I’m having trouble sympathizing with people I know who were worshipping Nintendo up until this update today. They loved the game but, starting today, are acting like the update turned the game into Assassin’s Creed Unity on launch day.

Shit, I still haven’t finished Dragon Age: Inquisition. I’m working on it, though. I’m working on it.

made by Bandai. this is likely going to be similar quality as Gundam model kits. sounds good to me.

I have been collecting (and building) kits from Bandai, Hasegawa and Aoshima for a while now, mostly Gundam kits. I have to admit that both the Xwing and the Tie Fighters 1/72 kits from Bandai are also amazing in detail, but prepare yourself to get those Real Touch markers out and some paint here and there, because

i agree entrirely, when a main is a character you pik to represent you, alting can feel like a frission of identity, but if your character can jsut become all the classes, it really helps cement the character being “you” in the game (says the guy who had 63 alts in city of heroes)

I cannot stress enough how much I love the FF:ARR job system. It’s really quite refreshing after playing WoW and Guild Wars for so many years.

Uh, PAX is... one of the largest, most popular gaming conventions in the US? The two main shows alone have attendance of around 60k each.

really? No one cares about PAX? is that why they have 4 of them around the world that get sold out in minutes? Why its the biggest gaming convention there is?

yep, still waiting on the 5 Yakuza games we never got Stateside :’’’(

You sound like you are interested in more JRPGs than this one, in which case, ever considered learning japanese? It’s not easy, but it’s fun, and once you get the gist of it you’ll have a whole bunch of game to choose from, old and new. Not to mention anime, manga, books and other media.

No word on an international release. + Sega = No chance in hell.

Enjoyed it immensely. These last couple days, I feel dirty every time I start up the game. Arkham Knight couldn’t have come at a better time.

I’ve been a pretty strong defender of Destiny even through the initial rough stages... but fuck this. If this is the way Bungie and Activision are going to be taking Destiny, locked content unless we buy a bunch of stuff we don’t want, it’s going to be really hard to keep going.

We can already summon hurricanes and cause earthquakes, if the magic motion picture box is to be believed.

Best part of that Eurogamer interview...
