Yeah hydration is most important, because it absolutely decimates my digestive system when I fly. I can house like 4L of water and only use the restroom once on a 10 hour fight and still be dehydrated.

For the past few years, every time I’ve been on a flight that’s longer than 3 hours, I’d gotten sick before I started using antibacterial wipes to wipe everything in my seat area down. I may also steal the blanket cover and mask idea.

My last flight was an overnight long-haul in the aisle seat in front of the only working bathroom in coach. Every person on that plane touched my seat, many of whom had just coughed or sneezed into their hands. 

This very moment I am waiting for my cab to take me to JFK to fly to LAX (a trip I do a lot) and ABSOLUTELY. I don’t go *quite* that far, but I wipe myself and the seat down (I don’t wear a mask, though maybe I should?). My routine is more about hydration.

That’s why she will live forever.

I haven't slept well in almost half a year. The earliest the sleep study could get me in is in February, this was made last month. It's awful....
