I went to see my doctor yesterday for depression. I’m not sure if the nurse couldn’t help herself or it’s a state law or some shit, but after we did all the check in stuff, as she was leaving the room, she told me my BMI and that “diet and exercise was recommended.”

Yet another reason life in prison without the possibility of parole is superior to a death sentence.

I really want to know more about this “aftercare” part. I’m guessing it is mentioned because nearly all of the former contestants gained the weight back and then some due to rapid weight loss on the show permanently fucking up their metabolism.

Years ago, I had a friend who was trying to get on the show. While he was already very overweight, he was actually trying to gain more weight because of what the producers said they wanted, which was obviously a spectacle.
