I wouldn’t take any writing critique from anyone who doesn’t know that “alot” is actually 2 words. A lot.
She paid for her script to be read with notes as part of an open contest. It wasn’t some kind of generosity that was afforded to her.
Cite, please, that men get their scripts for buddy comedies rejected by reviewers who recommend changing it to porn with an aside objectifying their male characters. Jezebel’s entertainment reporting is hopeless. This reader is some 26 year old dude trying to make some extra cash/contacts on the side. Far from an executive. A few things:
1)The readers are not “industry professionals”, they’re usually college kids or assistants making some extra cash writing notes for the academy. More often than not they’re wannabe writers themselves.

In this day and age, it’s entirely reasonable for preteens and teens to be exposed to feminist writing etc. online, especially if she’s using Tumblr. Don’t write her off just because she’s young.
