The real story here is, even after a roll over, that gold camry is camry-dent free.

Let’s just say that I don’t doubt that someone told the FT that Apple is totes going to buy McLaren.

Yes, it is a shame how the automotive community values drivability over putting 17x11's on miatas. Travesty!!! /s

The reason nobody is putting 17x11s on a Miata is because it’s idiotic.

So those parts weren’t designed to handle this, well now they are.

Actually people haveput very large wheels on Miatas. You need to tub the back and install a wide body fender. Not just camber the thing to death.

The only reason your statement is anything resembling correct is because of the inclusion of the word “ANY,” which means we now have to include the Roadog(s).

Found the stance kid

Engineers understand physics. If you want to mod your car because the engineers who understand physics weren’t able to get the most useful parts on it at the factory because engineers sometimes don’t understand business. If you want to put parts on your car that enhance the physical design and performance of the car

Yeah, this is totally less safe than riding ANY motorcycle

Have you watched any of his videos? He is only knowledgeable enough to be dangerous. Everything he does is a hack job with not even a hint of thought for safety. Take a look at the video where he extends his tie rods by cutting them and welding a stack of nuts on with a harbor freight flux core welder, on the ground,

Riding a motorcycle is unsafe to the rider. Driving a car that is prone to blow-outs and impossible to control is unsafe to driver AND other people. Small difference.

If he wants to make something unique, that’s fine, but don’t put it on the road where it is not safe.
This belongs on public streets the same way a funny car does. Not at all.

Sadly the automotive community always seems to think it knows what is best and this discourages creativity

This comment made me cringe almost as much as the article.

I can’t think of a better reply than this:

This car is far from unique.

She’s got a nice giggle and she can clearly be talked into questionable acts.

I get a child’s christmas morning internal sense of joy when i see a stanced car sitting at the side of the road. I’m all for various car culture, but that’s not car culture, that’s douche culture and an innocent car was forced to be apart.

This is cringe worthy even without the trailer/trailer loading.
